Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
Home Décor & Lighting: 3–7 Business Days
Furniture: 5–10 Business Days
Oversized Furniture: 7–14 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: Product size, Weight
Delivery location
We also offer Free Shipping on selected products, which will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery at any time.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on warehouse availability and shipping location.
ncorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Haven & Stone is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the package and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:
Check around your property., Ask neighbors or household members., Contact the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States., At this time, we do not ship internationally.
